Help can't find the reports menu

I'm looking for the report's menu so I can see the top minor leagues system and top prospects in the league

There is a way to access some these in a bit of a workaround:
A few times a year you will get messages from your scouting director about top 10 prospects. In that message there are links that actually do work to open up the full top prospects list and also the ranking of organizations.
I end up not deleting these messages so I can go back and open them up throughout the year, until the next one gets published.
