Request for Defensive Substitution Options ("more than x runs ahead"")

In the global strategy sessions, under defensive substitions, the options are to insert substitutes when leading by:

1 run
2 runs or less
3 runs or less
4 runs or less
5 runs or less
any lead

I would prefer to insert defensive substitutes when I have a larger lead (maybe 2-3 runs) but I don't want to insert substitutes when it's a close game (just 1 run). Can we get options to insert substitutes when leading by:

at least 1 run
at least 2 runs
at least 3 runs
(etc.)

PS. I imagine what I'm requesting was the type of flexibility originally intended with this strategy option, but the logic of the options currently available seems backwards. With the current options available, it's hard for me to imagine why anyone would select anything other than to substitute with "any lead" -- I mean, if you're willing to substitute with a 1 run lead, why would you not make the same defensive substitutions with an even larger lead? If I'm missing something and it's me thinking about this backwards, I certainly appreciate the feedback.
