5 game Lineups

Is there a way to make the 7 day lineups work as 5 game lineups? I've tinkered with it a bit very superficially and it hasn't worked. Would appreciate any tips.

Mostly I want to toy around with pitchers having a batterymate catcher, basing my SS or CF platoon based on my pitcher rather than my oppnent's, or starting/sitting guys every X amount of games regardless of opposing pitcher handedness.

Leave 6 and 7 blank. But you may be better off adjusting the depth chart.

Tried that and it was a bit wonky. Will tinker again later.
