Android Request Relating to Storage

Android user here, it would be lovely if we had the ability to store at least the rosters and save data on the SD card isntead of internal memory. I know storing apps themselves on SD cards can be very wishy washy, but allowing us to specify a directory for non-core files would be a great help to those of us trying to conserve a bit of space.

If this is already an option that I have somehow overlooked, I would appreciate information on how to do it.
