No notification when GM leaves

Maybe I've missed something but unlike coaches, scouts and managers leaving there is no message or notification that your assistant GM has left, not even a mention in the transactions log.

I know it's a new feature this year that your guys can be hired away but I do leave the assistant GM in charge of a few things and it's a bummer to suddenly realize the guy took another job 2 months ago

I have to watch the coaches panel every day during the off season.

I had the same thing happen. No notification of any kind.

What's the point of this feature anyway? How often to coaches etc leave mid season?

And even if the frequency is realistic, there's a point where realism becomes a nuisance. I don't see that this feature adds anything to the game.

This applies to Scouting Directors too. I had a SD get signed away to be a GM and didn't receive a notification

Glad I'm not the only one, hopefully a notification can be added in, guys need to give their 2 weeks

Wait? So this features works so you can sign other team personnel and have them start immediately and not during the offseason?
