Can't log into game

Same computer, never uninstalled.

Today when I start OOTP 22 (22.5.54) it says I need to enter license key.

When I enter the key I get a message:

Failed to validate request because the time between server and client is not synchronized. The difference in time is 10803 seconds but the maximum allowed is 10800 seconds.

I have no idea what this all means, but I can't use the game.

I finally tried offline activation and can now get into the game
