in in the majors and fully developed, i'd agree that work ethic is more important for longevity. intelligence impacts develpment - definite positive correlation.
usually the talent dictates what you are choosing from... i wouldn't wander far from the best available for personality... and when you can it is later in draft when choices are ubiquitous anyway and rarely amount to anything. a few ticks between them can be inaccuracy or irrelevant.. sure, go with the better personality... but, don't drop in talent level over personality unless you think it's a total dumpster fire... lol. even then, if a high end prospet that has dropped in your lap and far better than others... fug it.. take the dumpster fire.. |
