My Pete Rose Card is Broken

LOL. Look at my luck with this 100 Build-A-Legend card, which it hitting the heck out of the ball for other teams. I can't figure this one out. 210 strikeouts and a .166 average. I have never seen a -6.9 WAR.

\Not even sure how this is possible with this card.

Maybe he's betting on the other teams?

LOL. That was hilarious. Touche.

I have him in another league an he has 64K's. Is there an error in this card? How can the perfect build-a-legend Rose strike out 210 times in less than a year? With this profile I do not see how that is possible. This lower k ration is consistent with other teams performance. Either I am the unluckiest manager alive, or there is something amiss about this particular card. . . or he's betting on the other teams.

True story - he actually lived next to my parents for a few years in south Florida. He's a pretty good guy.

Not sure if the position matters? DH penalty? Too tired in the OF or 2b? What is your park factors?

If you are unhappy with him, it's a great time to sell him.

It's not park factors however it IS related to exhaustion (thanks). Although he has a backup for his position, he has not been subbed in over three months. I don't know why as it was set at "if starter tired" but not sure that always works correctly.

I often wondered how tired a starter has to be to be tired? 60%? You can setup this in the player strategy screen.

Thank you. Curiously he has now sat for two straight games and is STILL listed as exhausted. Probably still sleeping after not getting a rest. . .

His last game was 9/10 and its' now 9/15 and he is still at 0%. Anyone know how long it takes to become unexhausted. Pitchers are usually unexhausted even from 0% in 5 days.

I had a feeling that players could go into negative numbers for fatigue. This sure looks like proof!!

I'm very curious how long it takes him to get back to 100%.

Well he's back to 100% now so about 7-8 days. Looks like your theory was correct. Thanks to everyone for their help. BTW - I suspect that if you use a starter as a backup, the player will not be rested when tired because the program will not make the double switch. Worth looking more carefully at in the future.
