Emails to GMs being sent in HTML

Hello,

First of all, a preface: I've never been able to get OOTP's "Email to GMs" in online league function to easily work in Linux. In order to work around the system, I have to use an SMTP service (I use mailjet). So that's where I'm starting from.

However, now that I am in OOTP22, all of the emails that have been sent have shown up like this:

Any idea what's going on here? It seems like the emails are being sent in HTML code, and I don't know what I would need to do to get back our regular, standard email format.

Sorry, I think I posted this in the wrong forum. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if there is another workaround I need. Thanks.
