Why can't I change the logo?

After changing the logo, I submitted it and uploaded the team graphic to the server. But it's back to its original state after some time.
What's the problem?

Took about 2 days before my custom logo showed up. Then it reverted to the default one. Then somehow it went back to the custom logo 4 days later and it hasn't been a problem. Make sure to submit team after changing the logo. Then wait a few days.

Hopefully there's a better solution someone else can give that I haven't clued in on.

So do I have to repeat submission and reverting for several days until it's done properly?

Are you on discord? This is a common complaint from the group there. I read it may help not to be entered in any tournaments when you submit a logo. It took me a few tries until mine stuck as well

It did that last year, then it stopped, but now seems to have started again. I assume OOTP haven't been able to pin down the bug?

...It's back to basic today.
I'm in the Entry Division. I found that it was restored after the next simulation time.

Yeah this feature is pretty flaky in my experience. I set mine on day one, haven't changed it since, but it still pops over to some sketchy looking default one now and then. I just ignore it now, since it tends to go back to what I wanted after a few hours.
