OOTP22 Few Easy Improvement Ideas

Just a few improvements that I think would be relatively quick and easy to add.

Shortcut Keys
Shift/Ctl key functionality to select players in a list.

Trades
Ability to sort columns in the Trade Summary.
Three team trades (this may be more complicated for an 'Easy Improvement').

Report > Write Report to Disk
Currently outputs an HTML file, which is useful. I'd like to see CSV as an additional export option so I can import it straight to a spreadsheet. I can currently do this by copying the entire <table> from the html file, and using an online HTML to CSV converter, but would be nice to have it directly export to CSV.

Shortlist
Adding an import/export shortlist option would be nice.

Minor League System Report
Since I let the managers set the lineups/depth charts, they change players positions. So in the report, it's hard to tell which positions I'm short on or have too many of before a draft. Would be useful if this report view had a way to show only players best positions, or a breakdown of players who can play each position at each minor league level.

Minor League Team Control
Ability to set minor league managers to manage specific teams in the minors. I'd like to manage AAA and AA but leave the rest to the AI.

Player Moral Changes
I'd like to get messages of when player morale changes, and why it changed, and the ability to filter out specific minor league levels or select individual players for morale updates on. This way I know if a minor league prospect I have buried in A ball is upset now because he thinks he should be moved up now.

Periodical Personnel Advice
I want personnel to get more involved. They could send advice once a week or month. Some examples they could send:

Bench coach believes this player should move up the lineup vs LHP because he's hitting .386 in his last 34 at bats.
Warn that this player is only hitting .108 vs an upcoming pitcher this week.
Assistant GM says this player was just put on the trading block, or on waivers.

I would love a notification of players on waivers or trading block. You could set the notification to alert you of a certain type of player that gets on there.

More, well any, input from the coaches would be great. Hot/Cold streaks going on or like you said about how well someone does against a pitcher.

I would like more feedback from my AGM on why he does not like a trade proposal. He hated a couple I think because of the salary. But I had plenty of space in my budget, I still made the trade. But if it was another reason it would have been nice to know.

I customized my setup screen so didn't have this panel visible. I'll have to add it back in if that's the case.

I had to re-read your message, sorry I thought you meant players on waivers when I first read it, which do not show up under tasks. But yes the top players on the trade block do show up.

Still I'd like to get a message if a new player was added to the trade block, as well as waivers.

The forums are horrible place to track this.....you will get frustrated.
They need db driven survey type of intake process that you can add, and rate and rate others.

Like if i see 1000 votes for working female and cross gender immersion and 1 vote for sortable team stats, then i know i wasted 22 years to sort teams stats and time for me to move on
