OOTP21 Keeps Changing Jerseys/Caps

I have "lock logos/jerseys/caps" set to on. No matter what I do, everytime I open the game back up the home jersey and caps are set to a default jersey/cap. The away files remain intact.

Anyone have any idea why this would be happening?

Are you changing the team name after you change the jerseys and caps? I had the same problem until I started changing the team name first, then changing the jerseys and caps and logos.

Do you have the box on the game load screen unchecked where it says "run full check for correct logos after loading"? That makes a mess every time if you use it (I don't really get the point of that functioni at all but I don't use it so...)

Happens to me all the time. Almost makes fictional leagues not worth it.

I've found if I keep the logo/jersey/ballcap in a random folder and just manually select those images once it stops resetting.

I occasional have this happen but for the most part I found out by changing the default folders in the league settings --> database tab has worked.

I select the specific league images, ballcaps, and jerseys folders and do not use the default folder.

Whenever I rebranded a team I'd go in to the jerseys and logos screen first, change those, then go back and change the team name (for example like from the Padres to the Sharks). Then when I exited the game and reloaded back in, I'd notice the logos, jerseys, and caps are all set back to default except for like the away jersey usually. I figured out if you change the team name first, THEN go change the logos, jerseys, and caps, it doesn't do that. Something the game does because it feels like it needs to create new stuff because you just changed the team name.

Im in his league "best commish in the universe" - but my team does this - it defaults back to a generic "white jersey".

The team name hasn't changed, but for whatever reason when ever we upgrade to new version 20 -> 21 -> 22 we have to deal with this BS. Its frustrating.

Yeap - that does it everytime. I forgot about that. I gotta restart it from scratch - reload the files again. Once you check that it totally screws up - odd but its only some teams, not all.
