Mission-less Cards

Hey everybody, I’m new to PT. Quick question: Is there a reason to collect cards that aren’t tied to a mission and have ratings that are too low to play? Is it just for the sake of collecting as many unique cards as possible?

Just a preference of player. 1 team I only collect a certain team & sell any cards that are not the team I collect no matter how good. Another team I collect just a certain typesf carda ie, All-Stars, Rookie Sensation, One Hit Wonders, etc & sell any not the card I'm collecting. My last team I collect the best I can of everything... JUSt do it like you want. Thats the sweet part. Nobody forcing you to do anything and every is different..

Have fun on your $$$$ the way you want...BTW...even the low are are used for missions

They aren't tied to a mission... yet!

You'll be very happy to have duplicate historical golds and silvers once they get tied to a mission. Very easy sales for multiple times what they're worth no.

It's worth keeping one of each in case they appear in future missions, especially silver and above. I tend to sell duplicates rather than hoard them, but that's more about keeping my inactive list tidy than anything else. There's certainly the potential to make money on them as Torgonius suggests, as there is on some live cards being upgraded during the season.

When are the Team Mission 2's going to be announced? They were hinted at on July 8.

probably the 22nd (they generally don't do back-to-back mission releases on the main line of missions)
