Would you report a team for tanking if all they had were live cards?

There's a team in my division on my theme team that is bad. Like....bad bad. Atrocious. I took a peek just to see, and their entire roster is nothing but live cards. Top to bottom.

I dunno if they just decided to sell all their cards or deactivate them to "hide" them, but this team's record is currently 16-139. Like....dang.

Would you report them? I'm probably not because they're in my division and I appreciate the free points (a lot of shutouts, one a 17-0 thrashing). But like this guy can't possibly be trying. Or he's an idiot. I dunno.

Anybody with Mike Trout on their team is obviously not trying. Put Mike Trout on any team in history and he would clearly be the worst player.

Honestly, though, this should be a clear sign to the devs that whatever they say they "did" or "are doing" to make live cards "competitive" with historicals clearly did not work. At all. Like a team of live golds in Bronze (or Silver, I don't even remember what I'm in anymore, it doesn't matter anyway) should not suck THAT hard, right? Like I've seen actual tanking teams that are trying to tank and it's blatantly obvious perform better than that. If this is the new strategy for tanking....devs, you done effed up. Hard.

Not sure what level you are referring to? If the team is losing in Rookie then they started a team and is not trying. You need to look at the team history.. If they won in prior seasons and are losing then you should report to devs.

Anything suspicious should probably be reported and let the devs figure it out.
