Slight problem

Is it normal to have 2 rounds go by and have nobody available offensively? Everybody is rated poor. Is that always like that?

Not trying to be sarcastic but did you change the viewer to show offensive ratings or talents? I have done that before.

That could be it

There is also the chance that you are viewing "pitching ratings" instead of "batting ratings".
