Should this happen?

Should teams possibly even be firing their managers and/or general managers after being promoted or relegated in a promotion-relegation setup, after only one season of overall total in-game time? I ran a test season for a personal version of Eugene Church's Islandian Pro Alliance, and for some reason, several teams that had been either promoted or relegated after the game's first season let their managers and/or general managers go, for some yet-unknown reason. So I was wondering if that should happen, if the teams' winning percentage, for example, wasn't terrible enough.

Can anyone answer my question here logically enough and all, please? I'd really like to know, if possible. Thank you for your time and attention here, then, everyone. CD out.
