Offseason and Owner Not Approving Deals
So, I'm currently trying to sign a Japanese pitcher in my Braves Franchise. I offered him $13.5/3 yrs and for a while that seemed to be the only deal he had. The Dodgers came along and he now wants more money, but every time I try to change my offer it's telling me my owner doesn't approve the deal because I don't have the money, despite the fact that I do, and I'm often seeing, what I assume is my owner, offering deals worth $10mil/yr. What is happening and is there any way to solve this problem?

Posted this on Reddit, too, as it turns out, Do Not Disturb was on.

Same problem
Yep, same problem. My owner wants me to sign Sugar Diaz to an extension, but then blocks any offer I try to make. As someone once said, that's not logical.
