Scouting bars

On the player page I don’t have regular bars only the numbers for the skill and not the bars? I’ve tried restarting the game and no luck.

This is a setting you can change. If you start the game and from the start screen go to 'settings' , you'll see an option there for 'player ratings bars' where you can turn them on or off.
