Cannot exit menu

When attempting to load a face file on the manager options screen the menu does not allow you to click the cancel button and I get stuck.

Sounds like a resolution issue. What resolution are you playing the game in? You might try adjusting this and also switching from full-screen to Widowed (or vice-versa).
