Odd fielding stats?

I have a player in my fictional league, George Threatt, who had 575 plate appearances one season.

However, the team Fielding Report (and his player card) only shows him playing 127 innings in the field. In fact, it only shows him starting 13 games in CF while playing 16 games in total.

I don't have a DH in this league and looking at the depth chart and lineups for that team makes it appear that he was the starting CF. Has anyone else seen anything like this?

Well I found the problem. After going boxscore by boxscore, I realized that OOTP was inserting a DH in the lineup even though I have "NO" DH selected in my league setup.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Has this been addressed yet, Steve? And is it endemic to fictional leagues or does it crop up across the board?
