No bench coaches available ???

How do I hire a bench coach if there are none available to hire. Been searching since before winter meetings and now in Spring Training ... still no bench coaches available to hire ...

If you want to you can hire any coach to be Bench Coach you can.
Kinda sucks but works

You can sign a Manager for the bench coach position
