Great manager/ Poor Manager

Hi,

I was just wondering what the difference is between really good managers and poor ones.

If you make a note of what great managers do strategy wise and get a manager you have full control over ,you can make him into a great manager by just copying the strategy what a great manager does..so what`s the difference ?

Is it with his decisions in a match situation that are so much better ,like how long he leaves his starter out there when he`s outa gas ?
Or who he pinch hits for etc etc ?

Great manager - high winning %
Bad manager - low winning %

there probably (most likely) is a lot more to it than that - but that is what i've noticed in past versions making the biggest difference.

I started out with as a poor reputation and after 4 seasons of winning had achieved an outstanding reputation, so it does seem to be based on winning and losing.
