Addie Joss also has the wrong birth state listed. (He was born in Woodland, WI, but the game lists his birthplace as Woodland, CA.) I think the issue there is that Woodland, WI, is not a city that's in the game, so it ends up placing him in a different Woodland. However, Concord, MA, is a city in the database, so that was likely a data entry mistake. Regardless, you can fix Tom Glavine's birthplace, assuming that you're not in Challenge Mode, by going into Commissioner Mode and editing his personal information.
