Draft after new Patch

Hi, I don't know if this is a bug or intended so I'll post it here first. I allways play with draft pick trading allowed, but this year you can't do it because the draft order has been finalized and no changes are allowed. Is it intended to only being able to trade with draft picks after the draft and before the trade deadline?

For reasons that are too long and boring to explain, I need to be able to adjust the draft order every round. In previous versions I was able to pause after every round and adjust the order. Are you saying that the draft order is completely frozen after the draft begins and can't be edited while the draft is in progress?
