Average Ticket response time

Curious on how long it generally takes for a response to a submitted ticket.

This is regarding Issues importing an OOTP 20 game on a Mac into the OOTP21 demo version and then into OOTP22. The default file locations are not working for the OOTP21 demo/I can't access or copy needed files there. It seems like the missing purchase key on the demo is the issue; but, that's only speculation. Original thread here:

ticket #13834 submitted. It's been 9 days since I uploaded saved game files to google drive as requested without a response (maybe that's normal based on the issue, I'm not sure?).

If I did something wrong/files aren't accessible, I'd like to know as soon as possible so that I can attempt to correct/not have a further delay in solving.
