HELP: Team Colors, Logos, and Uniforms

I've been playing since launch yesterday. No matter what I do I can not get my logos and custom uniform to save properly for my team.

I click the box: Lock team logo & textures and submit team. When ever I enter a tournament, perfect draft, or daily download. I lose my logos and uniforms, reverts back to the same green diamond I never selected...

I played OOTP 21 and had no problems with the logos and uniforms. Anyone else having this issue? Is it a launch bug? I appreciate any and all assistance you can provide.

Very frustrating experience and ruining my "perfect team".

Other people in my gaming group are reporting the same thing. I'll try it myself today.
