Locking in SEs

I know that we have to lock in the live mission rewards to continue on to the next tier of missions, but are we allowed to sell it then buy it back later and lock that one in?

Yup, but prices probably won't drop as much as a result like in 21

Yep, you can sell them now and buy them back later if thats how you want to approach things
