Is this normal when purchase from Steam

Bought OOTP22 on Steam instead of though the OOTP website, I only have one folder downloaded that is in the OOTP22 folder, the saved games, I have no other folders, but when I setup my PT I have all the normal logs/jersey & caps listed, I would like to transfer all my OOTP21 Logos, Jerseys, Caps & parks to OOTP22 but there is no folders to do that.

Steam games are installed under steam directories. You can find the actual "meat" of the game by opening steam, right clicking on OOTP 22 in your library, clicking properties, going to local files, then clicking browse. It'll open up the folder where the data is.

Yeah, on Steam the data is stored in one place, and saved games are often split away. There's some technical reasons why that works a lot better on Steam.
