Downloading Update

Hey all -
Anyone having issues downloading the update? I have downloaded the update listed in the post, however it seems to be the same file as the beta version I previously downloaded because when I open the game it still says Version 22.0 Beta Build 29. Any and all help is appreciated.

Also, Since I downloaded it twice, there are now three installers on my HD(two downloads plus the initial version). This is taking up 4.5gb of hard drive space. When I go to delete the other two, I get "OSStatus error -47" as an error message. Any idea what this is?

Mine shows build 30.

While mine still says 29, it looks like several players got updated ratings. but the build did not change. I am assuming it updated.
However, I still can not delete the previous installers.

I just downloaded the update and it was still Version 22.0 Beta Build 29.

I am on a MAC if that matters.

Im on a Mac too!! Are you able to delete the previous installers?

I am on an iMac and my updated version says Build 30.

I wonder why it works for some, and not for all.

I figured out why it wouldn't let me delete the previous installers. However, I cant figure out why the download is downloading it as a device, and not a downloadable file.

I am using Windows 10 and mine still says build 29 so not sure if it updated or not. Anyone got anyway to tell?

I know some players ratings were updated...Not sure if it was because of the update or because of the PT servers.

If the version shows 29, then it's not the updated version. Make sure you re-install from the file that gets downloaded - exit the current game and then you can just re-install it on top of the current install, and it should update.

You have to double-click and run the installer to install the new patch after downloading. Just downloading does nothing but put the installer on your system, it doesn't actually install the game files. Also, if you originally installed to a location other than the default location, you need to select the same path you used originally when installing the patch.
