will non MLB players be imported as rookies?

i've setup a historical league as of 1871

how do i set up my league, so each year negro league players / japanese league players / cuban league players / korean league players will also become rookies in addition to the MLB rookies?

is this possible?

i have the color barrier disabled

They will appear in the year of their debut for the draft. Example Oscar Charleston, real life was active 1915 to 1941. In my world,

I don't need to set something inside the game for him to come in also?

He should be good to go in 1959. But I am not 100% sure. If he is in the database, then he should show up in the draft. Edit: I don't see him in the database
