out of system memory error

i been getting this error over and over lately. never had any issues before and my cpu is a beast. i7 7820 with 32gb ram. it is starting to affect me running my online league. does anyone know about this issue or have a fix. the cpu never gets over 25% of memory usage when using ootp.

I have no issues with any other game, including some very intensive ones like star citizen and dcs world. not sure why ootp would be causing this error.

Please help

when I get this I look into deleting files and old save files plus box scores and any old league files

Any RAM above 4GB is useless, because OOTP 21 is 32-bit.
