export & import spring training?

Is it possible to export spring training settings to have a commish import and run?

Yes, that is part of the spring training (ST) screen. GM's use the export option & email the resulting file to the commish, then the commish imports those files using the import option of the ST screen.

in your league, you have to go to League Setup first and make sure "Internet League" mode is enabled. Then when you go to the spring training screen, options for Importing and Exporting Spring Training plans should appear at the bottom of the screen.
