I am GM and Head Coach - But I'm Making Moves that I'm Not Making?

All of a sudden I've started getting messages that I have brought players up from my farm team, picked up players off waivers, etc. However, I haven't actually made those moves. When I check my settings, I am the GM/Head Coach and I have all manager options set to me.

Any ideas?

Someone talked about this issue happening to them in the Bug Forum. Here was Jeff's last response:
