Tutorial for Online Leagues

I was looking for an online league to play in, and I haven't found a league that is a good fit for me. I don't want to play in a fictional league, and I don't really want to inherit a team, because that usually means it was neglected.

I am looking to start my own online league and was hoping there was a tutorial on how to run the league, start a Stats+ page, invite people, etc.

I did see something online from I believe the OOTP manual, but I think that it leaves out a lot of the extra details.

There's no tutorial, unfortunately. It is extremely complicated if you're not computer savvy. I reccomend reaching out to Dave Krause at https://statsplus.net/. He runs a service that makes it possible for anyone to start a league. it does cost money but it's extremely worth it. He has resources for people of all skill levels.
