[7.3.111] Minor Leagues can only be edited once in Historic Mode

Hey there, I wanted to address a bug that is still in 7.3.111: If you edit the Minor League mode in either Historic or normal mode, you can either only edit the minor leagues' structure once, or not at all. After that, it will display "It's not possible to change the league structure in historic game mode." It just happened to me tonight when I got the new update installed.

Edit: I think it may have something to do when you expand teams in the league. It can be replicated by adding one or more teams in the league in historic and normal mode. It doesn't happen in custom leagues because of there being no defined minor league structure.

Edit 2: If it isn't that, then it could be due to the league structure being modified by the player.

Yeah, it's on the bug list, just hasn't been fixed yet. I'll move it up a bit.
