Different Leagues and Promotion / Regulation

When creating a new league, there is an option to add non-MLB leagues. What effect does that have on your league?

Is it just another league playing out? Can you view all the stats, and everything you can do in the regular league? Do players from this leagues enter the MLB via draft and FA?

Also, is there a way for regulation to drop MLB teams into these leagues? For example, the Mets finish in dead last, can they be regulated to go play in Japan, while the top Japanese team enters the NL East?

Yeah you can adjust the stats settings and everything else for additional leagues. I've had saves set up with promotion/relegation between MLB and ***. It adds FA players posting from KBO, ***, etc. - It's nice to check in on, even if you don't want to set it up so the leagues interact.

you can add as many leagues as you want and they all act as normal. They can affect your main league by signing players and also making more players available for you to sign
