Low quality NHL trainers in Custom mode

Just to let you know ( a small detail but you might like to know about it):

I set up a custom game (NHL + AHL + CHL) using fictional players.

In very many AI (non-human) teams the training attribute of the trainer was very low or low for the NHL teams.

NHL teams would realistically have higher level trainers.
