Same fix for FaceGen only showing one arm ?

Hello,

I fired up FHM7 this morning and was a bit disappointed to see the bug where players' Facegen is cut to show only their right arm is in this version of the game as well.
Is the way to fix it the same as last year where we have to go into our save file and delete the Facegens from there and launch the game again after changing the display to have them repopulate ? Hopefully we don't have to do this as often as we did last year...

We tried to find the cause again, but still with no luck; it just seems to happen at random occasionally. Restarting almost always fixes it (aside from needing to re-generate player pictures already created before the restart.
