When to call up a rookie ? Hmmmmm....

I have a rookie 3B/SS Royce Lewis playing AAA ball for Minnesota. When is the best time to call him up so that I can save a year of team control ?

BTW.... I was at Strasburg's final minor league game. He pitched here in Buffalo. It was a real treat. I gave my daughter cash to get us to tickets. Since it was a business day, parking was at a premium. I parked a mile away and it cost me $35.
So I met up with my daughter and she gave me my $50 bill back. I said I didn't want you to pay !
She said a guy gave her the tickets. They were 8 rows behind home plate !
What a memorable afternoon. Strasburg was on fire !!!

In your settings is a setting for service days for 1 year
Call them up so they spend fewer days on the roster than that.

You will also want to understand super 2 arbitration
