What upset me most was how the trainers handled the situation. Letting a guy with a head injury fall twice before putting him on a stretcher is unacceptable.

Yeah, I ain't no certified trainer, nor do I play one on TV, but even a 13 year-old with a first aid ticket knows better than that.
