Flip Milwaukee and Houston, for one thing. Also, Washington to Montreal, one Toronto team to Texas or Washington, Chicago and St. Louis together in same division, Colorado to NL North, and Pirates and Phillies together, for other suggestions.
These are just a few thoughts here you might consider or not, as you like and can and all. Thank you for your time. CD out.

And I normally would put Chicago's NL team with St. Louis's NL team in many cases, or at least in the same league/subleague. Houston has always belonged in the NL, and Milwaukee in the AL, in my view, at least in regards to the Brewers and Astros. I still can't envision them being in the opposite leagues from where they began, in truth. CD out.

Rename the AL East to AL Babe Ruth. I'm sure the Babe spent some late nights in the Tampa Bay area during ST and offseason.
Replace Oklahoma City with Mexico City. you don't need to worry about travel costs. |

Texas in AL Central or South could be a good rival for KC or Oklahoma City. Toronto could be in the AL East or North. If you wanted to go East, North, South, and West Divisions for each league, perhaps you could go as follows:
AL East: Baltimore Boston New York Toronto AL North: Chicago Detroit Milwaukee Minnesota AL South: Kansas City Tampa Bay Texas ???? AL West: Anaheim/California Nevada Oakland Seattle NL East: Montreal/Washington New York Philadelphia Pittsburgh NL North: Chicago Cincinnati Colorado St. Louis NL South: Atlanta Florida/Miami Houston ???? NL West: Arizona Los Angeles San Diego San Francisco Just a few ideas here about how you could realign things in your game, that's all. Take them as you will and consider them as you will, or not, of course, then. Thank you for your time and all. CD out.

Of course, if you restore the relocated teams to their respective classic locations, and/or respective classic team names, then you might have room for other alignments, or different expansion teams, come to think of it. Maybe you could even also fill the newly-vacated locations with new teams in another league setup? Just a few thoughts to consider here, that's all. CD out.

In OOTP, where travel costs and jet lag are no factor, I don’t see the point to having any divisions. If I do an MLB again, I’ll just have an AL and NL, line up the teams like pre-1969 and have the top few teams make the playoffs.
