How to calculate Team Power Ranking Points?

Anybody have the exact formula? Somewhere along the way, I acquired this definition but it does not seem to be entirely accurate when I test it:

Calculating Power Ranking Points

Add the following four terms together:

A) 90

B) ROUND( ( (Winning Pct) - 0.500 ) * 162 * 10/9 )

C) ( Wins in Last10 games - Losses in Last10 games )

D) (+1 if on winning streak OR -1 if on losing streak) * ROUND( ( (Streak length) - 1 ) / 2 )

So all you need is overall W & L, Streak, and Last10, all of which are on the standings screen.

Examples:
85-77,W4,7-3 = 100 power ranking points
82-80,W2,5-5 = 92 power ranking points
74-88,L4,3-7 = 76 power ranking points
