New Team Coaches and Managers

Every time I start a new league, each team is loaded with coaches and scouts, many of whom are in their 50s, that have absolutely no prior history in baseball. When I manually fire the coaches off all the new teams, the managers still remain in the History section, with an all-time record of 0-0. So in my world, there are up to 20 managers in the Managers Leaderboard that never managed a game and there's no way to edit these out.
