Looking to start a 90s league

Looking to create a online league with friends. Maybe mid 1990s or something with a fantasy draft and weekly sims. I think it can be done with OOTP but looks overly complicated to get started. Am I just overwhelmed by all the options when setting it up?

im trying to do a 1970 league and feel the same way...im looking for someone to work with to try and figure it out...maybe we figure out a good starting time and work together...id prefer to be a little earlier so we get the expansions in...baliyam@yahoo.com to hit me up
