A Suggestion for future base PP Card Values

I suggest that OOTP revise the base (quicksell) PP values of cards for their 2021 edition. The goal is to smooth out changes as card values are updated for Live players. Rather than taking a significant PP hit when a card is lowered (e.g. from 90 to 89) the following values would dampen the impact on card value:

Iron 25PP
Bronze 60-64 50PP
Bronze 65-69 100PP
Silver 70-74 250PP
Silver 75-79 500PP
Gold 80-84 1,000PP
Gold 85-89 2,000PP
Diamond 90-91 3,000PP
Diamond 92-93 5,000PP
Diamond 94-95 7,000PP
Diamond 96-97 9,00PP
Diamond 98-99 12,000PP
Perfect 20,000PP

I would prefer calculating the value of cards

according to this formula...

I would prefer the elimination of the 100% tax on selling cards.

Quick sell diamond get 4000 points

Sell diamond in AH for 4000 points get 4000 points

Sell diamond in AH for 4400 points get 4000 points.

Adjust your selling strategy, and instead of waiting for the AH...take the 4k and run.

I do, but I don't want to. I think if you sell for 4400 the 10% should apply only to the amount above quick sell value -- in this case 40.

I don't see that being implemented as it will result in rampant inflation as card are quicksold for anywhere from 100% to 500% of their current quicksale value with no tax penalty.

I don't see how any one at HQ cares about inflation. Release a collection and some cards have gone from 8,000 to 150,000 in an instant. On the other hand, there are many iron and bronze cards that were formerly quick sells that can now be sold for hundreds, even thousands of points.

I don't disagree that the suggestion won't be implemented, though.

It cracks me up when I see a bronze or silver card being auctioned for more than a thousand PP when it is part of a collection where the reward is a standard pack which you could just buy for 1000PP. Maybe there is some logic when that mission then rolls up to a mission with a greater reward, but I see it all of the time with stand alone missions. Am I missing something?
