Free Agency Glitch?

The main issue that I have been dealing with is that every now and then when I go into the free agency screen, OOTP will get stuck in a continuous loop with the "building player list". First it will say "Building player list" as normal and it will briefly for a second show the list of players but it automatically goes back into "building player list" and it going into a continuous loop. The only way I can get it to stop is to Ctrl-Alt-Del the game and lose my progress, its very frustrating. Has anyone else dealt with this? Has this been a known issue with the developers or do I have a setting wrong on my end??

not seen this myself, and i am on the FA screen a lot. my build is historical (in theory alone) ... not that it should matter.

If you switch from windowed mode to full screen, or vice-versa, does that make any difference?
