Help Me Setup a United States Baseball League

In the near future i am going to start creating a United States Baseball League. All 50 states, some states will be in the same division or association like Hawaii & Alaska, NH & VT, etc. California & Florida will most likely be in 2 leagues/associations. i have not decided whether or not to use divisions or associations with associated playoffs.

I need city and team names idea for many states. i will use most or Low's teams.
I have most of Illinois covered but i want to see if anyone comes up with cities and names i have not thought of.
