Please Help

I am new at doing historical leagues, and I have a problem. When I get to the end of a season, instead of saying "start next season" or something like that, it says something like "reset season." How do I go to the next season? This is a dumb question but I can't figure it out.

Under "League Setup" change League Mode to "Career".
