FTP Export Directory and Error 203

For around the past week, I've been unable to download the file for a league I'm in. When I try to download, I get "Error: Could not open FTP export directory" and when i try to export, "Error -203:Wrong path." I could download and export fine before this and I believe it coincided with the new patch.

It seems that nobody else in the league is affected. I've tried getting a new accounts file, re-installing the full league file, completely deleting and re-installing my game, turning off anti-virus and firewalls, but nothing has seemed to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What happens if you try using a third party ftp program, like FileZilla, to download the league? Does it work then, or do you have a similar issue?

If it works with a third party program, but not with OOTP, then that's an indication you'll need to look at the ftp settings for your OOTP league as they might be off. In that casse, can you double check your ftp settings with your league commish, to make sure they somehow didn't get changed?

If it doesn't work with either, then that's typically an indication of a network or permissions issue on your system.

Thanks for the reply. I just tried plugging directly into my modem and the download worked. I tried plugging into the router and it didn't so there must be a setting in the router that is preventing the download, but I have no idea which settings to change. Could this be fixed with port forwarding?

Maybe? I'm not exactly an expert on ftp connections or port forwarding. Probably worth a try. It sometimes helps to change the ftp type in your OOTP settings from active to passive (or vice-versa) as well.

I've tried everything I know how to do and nothing works. At least I can still download and export by plugging directly into the modem.
