First Year Player Draft

I have finally made it to a point where I have moved my ongoing league from ver20 into ver21 and really just getting my feet wet in ver21.

Have some questions on the draft now...since it appears to have changed quite a bit.

So I am in year 2019...and it shows future draft pool as 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022

2022 only made up of HS Freshman...2021 of CO Freshman, HS Soph...2020 of CO Soph, HS Junior......with the current year pool 2019 made up of HS Senior, JUCO Fresh & Sohp, CO Junior & Senior.

Are only the players in the current year 2019 the ones draftable for the upcoming June draft with other years there to scout and look to the future on?

I imagine from a HS perspective, you can't draft Jr, So Fr.....but can you draft College Soph, Fresh?
